Elodie MULON has devoted her professional practice to family law, both property and non-property, and is at the heart of developments in French family law.

A frequent speaker at conferences on the subject, she is also the author of numerous articles and commentaries in specialized legal publications, and is regularly called upon by the media to shed light on current events when family law issues are at stake. She is scientific co-director of a specialist family law journal. At the same time, she is in charge of teaching family law at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau.

She is also President of IDFP (Institut du Droit de la Famille et du Patrimoine), President of CALIF (Centre d’Arbitrage des Litiges Familiaux), member of the Family Commission of the Paris Bar, of the Association des Praticiens du droit Collaboratifs, of the Association Nationale des Avocats Praticiens de droit de la famille and of the association Droit & Procédures. She is also a member of international associations such as the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) and the IAFL (International Academy of Family Law). After several years as an expert on the CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe) “Family and Inheritance Law” Committee, she is now its Chairman.

Elodie MULON has also held numerous positions in the representative bodies of the legal profession: Treasurer then General Secretary of the FNUJA ( National federation of young Lawyers’ unions).

Vice-President of the UJA (Union of young Lawyers’ of Paris), member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association , member of the French National Council of the Bars and Law Societies.

She was Secretary of the Bureau of the French National Council of Bars for the 2018-2020 term.

She is also a Knight of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of the Merit, in France.
