Fees
Your case will be monitored by a team comprising
a partner and an associate. Depending on
the difficulty and complexity of your case, the partner will be joined by an associate
an associate with expertise in the relevant field.
Our fees are calculated on the basis of time spent, ie on the basis of the time actually spent on the case carrying out all the services required to achieve the objectives determined jointly with the client in accordance with the strategy established and, in addition the calculation takes into account all the work carried out by the firm (meetings, telephone interviews, letters, emails, case study, analysis of documents, drafting of deeds, hearings, etc.).

Performance fee
A success fee may be proposed depending on the financial implications of the case. In this case, the hourly rates for time spent are reduced and supplemented by a result fee, calculated on the basis of a percentage applied to the sums obtained by the client, at the end of the procedure. This billing method can only be applied to certain types of cases.
In any event, a statement of work will accompany each invoice sent to the client, enabling him to be regularly informed of the progress of his invoice and to discuss it with the firm. The fees will not cover disbursements, costs and expenses, which are invoiced by external parties, in particular bailiffs, solicitors or experts, or travel expenses.
