Julia Guichard joined CM&A – Chauveau Mulon & Associés after a number of experiences in Parisian law firms specialising in family, estate and inheritance law, as well as in a notary’s office where she was able to develop expertise in the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes.
She advises on both property and non-property matters relating to divorce and separation, and more specifically on issues relating to children, domestic violence and violence within the family.

Whenever possible and compatible with her client’s interests, Julia Guichard favours an amicable resolution of the dispute.

Julia GUICHARD has a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences, a Master’s degree in General Private Law and a Master’s degree in Personal and Family Law from the University of Bordeaux.
