Originally from New Caledonia, Morghân joined Cabinet Véronique Chauveau & Associés in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022.

Among other things, she has worked in the French Ministry of Justice’s on Private International Law and the International Union of Latin Notaries. “Bureau du droit de l’Union, du droit international privé et de l’entraide civile.”
This office operates under the Hague Convention of October 25, 1980, on the civil aspects of International Child Abduction.

She has also been involved in negotiating European regulations and international family mediation.

These experiences have enabled her to acquire expertise in both private international family law and domestic law.

Morghân graduated from the University of Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV (Master I in general private law and Master II in international and European law). She also gives expert training, in private International law to professionals.
She speaks English fluently.
