Romane LEMAITRE, a graduate of Master II Personne et Famille at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, joined Mulon Associés in 2018.

Practising on a day-to-day basis in all areas of property and non-property family law, both domestic and international, she has gained specific expertise in inheritance law and in handling family disputes involving complex financial and property issues.

Keen to keep abreast of developments in the field, she joined the Board of Directors of the Institut du droit de la famille et du patrimoine (IDFP), first as Treasurer and then as General Secretary.

Romane regularly gives training courses to lawyers as part of their ongoing training, as well as to trainee lawyers at the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris (EFB).

She is also the author of numerous publications, notably in the Gazette du Palais specialising in family law.
