Capucine MERIGAUD joined CHAUVEAU MULON & ASSOCIÉS in 2023 after several years’ experience in law firms specialising in family law and in a notary’s office, where she developed her expertise in the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes.

She holds a Master I in Judicial Careers and Criminal Sciences from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the University of Paris-Saclay.

After working as a protection officer at OFPRA (the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons), she decided to join the legal profession.

Drawing on her extensive experience, Capucine MERIGAUD advises on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, inheritance and protection regimes. She has developed particular expertise in family property law and is regularly involved in cases with significant financial implications.

She is fluent in French and English.
